Happy You!

How “Hope” Can Keep You Happy If You Do It Right “The very purpose of our life is happiness, which is sustained by hope. We have no guarantee about the future, but we exist in the hope of something better. How?   when the things we hoped for and planned for sometimes do not come to pass as we have wished. Becoming fixed on a hope we have in our head, about how we believe our future will transpire, can become a real source of anxiety and suffering rather than happiness. Why? Because when the plans that we were confident would turn out the way we  hoped doesn't play out  ,we may find ourselves sinking into unhappiness, and/or anxiety. I CAN

I can do whatever I need to do in life  through Christ . "I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me [ I am ready for anything and equal to anything through him who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]. Philippians 4:13 " The first power thought that has the power to transform our life is simply;   I can do whatever i need to do in life through Christ. In other words, i can handle whatever life hands me. I wonder, do you believe you can do whatever you need to do in life? or are there certain things trigger dread, fear, or cause you to say, " I could never do that !" when you think about them? The fact of the matter is, while some situations may be intensely undesirable or difficult for you, you can do whatever you need to do in life.
